Description
Organizations across the globe are beginning to embrace equitable initiatives from a programmatic lens. While we both applaud and acknowledge the ongoing need for impactful and sustainable programs, programs can often present as mere band-aids on the deeper, systemic issues they are designed to address. So how do we, as a community, stop the proverbial bleeding while simultaneously preparing for the "surgery" that is needed to build equity into the systems and organizations that impact our daily lives? We develop solutions from an institutional lens. Learn more about the role institutions must play within communities to facilitate equitable and generational change
