Mikhail Talley (she/her) is an Associate at SE2, where she leads community-powered campaigns advancing mental health, housing policy, youth development, and environmental change across Colorado. A Colorado native and CSU alum, she brings a background in marketing, music promotion, and lived experience to mission-driven work. Mikhail uplifts underrepresented voices by embedding community insights into strategy and deliverables, building trust, shifting narratives, and ensuring authentic, actionable communications that reflect and serve the communities they impact.
