Monica Paez, the youngest daughter of immigrant parents, was born and raised in the picturesque rural community of Southern Colorado, fostering a strong sense of community and service from an early age. She earned her Bachelor's degree at Colorado State University and pursued a Master's degree at the University of San Francisco, focusing on higher education and community engagement. Recently, Monica transitioned to COLOR, where she embodies her core value of serving others, finding profound fulfillment in giving back to the community and making a tangible impact.
