Taryn Fort is a natural storyteller and leads the Communications team at The Colorado Health Foundation. She sets the vision to advance the Foundation's goals, strategy, and mission through effective and equitable communications. Additionally, Taryn leads the Foundation's media and journalism funding strategy and supports community relations programming that enhances nonprofit executive leadership. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves health regardless of their circumstances, she strives to tell Colorado's health stories and create a sense of belonging for those the Foundation serves.
