Erin Brown (she/her) came to the Foundation backed by 25-plus years directing civic programs and services. She possesses a deep knowledge about equity, leadership and coaching, gained by leading a variety of organizations and government offices. As the Foundation’s vice president of community investment and impact, Erin oversees the deployment and impact of grants and community investments in conjunction with its four-member executive team.
Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in fostering collaboration between community members, organizations and city and state agencies, including the implementation of the City of Denver’s Race and Social Justice Framework. Most recently, Erin served as deputy chief of staff and Denver’s first chief equity officer for Mayor Michael B. Hancock in the City and County of Denver.
