Carmen Medrano is Executive Director of United for a New Economy (UNE), where she builds people power to advance racial and economic justice through community organizing and statewide advocacy. She leads UNE's strategic vision and campaigns while strengthening grassroots leadership and coalition-building. She also serves as co-chair of Colorado Homes for All, helping advance equitable housing solutions across the state.
