Vanellope Santibanez is Co-Chair of the Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ Health Collective. A dedicated Latina trans woman, she has worked in HIV prevention and care since 2021. Vanellope is committed to expanding access to culturally affirming health care, empowering underserved communities, and advancing equity, visibility, and cultural education to create safer spaces for people living with or affected by HIV.
