Gladis Ibarra is Co-Executive Director of the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC). She immigrated from Zacatecas, Mexico, to Colorado at the age of seven. Growing up undocumented, she found her political home at CIRC, where she now helps build a future in which immigrant families like hers can thrive without fear.
