Xander Hughes is Executive Director of Four Corners Rainbow Youth Center, serving 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and families across five rural counties in southwest Colorado. An Indigenous, disabled, Queer, and Trans leader, nonprofit executive, and community advocate, his life and work center at the intersection of healing and disability justice.
