Jamie Anderson is Executive Director of Denver Food Rescue and a member-owner of Rootable. Raised in southwest Denver, Jamie has long been committed to food and environmental justice. After volunteering with Denver Food Rescue for four years, they joined the organization as Program Director in 2020 and became Executive Director in 2025.
