This plenary features panelists Chase Strangio, a leading civil rights attorney and Deputy Director for Transgender Justice at the ACLU's LGBTQ & HIV Project, and Loretta Ross, a MacArthur Fellow, scholar, and pioneering activist whose work on reproductive justice and "Calling In" has transformed conversations around justice and belonging. In a conversation moderated by Emmanuel Haro Gutierrez, a CSU student and emerging leader, Ross and Strangio will explore how communities can strengthen trust, bridge differences, and build the collective power needed to create lasting change, even in the face of political division, false information, and rapidly changing conditions.
