Jen Fanning, a rural health leader from Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, brings over 25 years of experience advancing healthcare access through collaboration. As the former Executive Director of the Grand County Rural Health Network, she led efforts to strengthen health equity across her community. Jen holds degrees in Psychology and Healthcare Leadership and is an avid skier, hiker, and traveler.
