Jake Pfau-Martinez is President of the Colorado Association of the Deaf, advocating for language equity, Deaf-led leadership and public access to ASL. He builds bridges between policy and community, challenging systemic barriers while uplifting marginalized voices. Jake also mentors youth in technology, believing that access to technology is a form of justice.
