Monica Hughes is the Deputy Political Director of Cobalt Advocates where she supports the organization’s political strategy and advocacy efforts. She began her organizing journey in rural Colorado and brings experience in health equity, maternal health and civic engagement with a deep commitment to reproductive rights and marginalized communities.
