Taylor Jordan began her education career as an ELD teacher at Fort Morgan High School in 2014. With over a decade of experience working with historically marginalized communities, she later earned an MA in Ethnic and Gender Studies from CSU. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor launched a nonprofit rooted in equity and belonging. She brings deep experience in grant-funded work and remains committed to building a more inclusive, welcoming society—one step closer to the future she envisions.
