Courtney Banayad is a queer, mixed-race Filipino, ciswoman dedicated to fostering a world of thriving abundance for all. With over 15 years in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, she currently collaborates with funders to advance racial, gender, economic, disability, and climate justice. Courtney co-founded Moxy Group, a BIPOC-led consulting practice, and has served as a grantmaker for several funds, including Another World is Possible Fund and Women and Girls of Color Fund. She remains committed to channeling resources to BIPOC-led groups dismantling oppressive systems.
