Rocio Franco joined Cultivando's leadership team in 2016 as Director of Strategic Partnerships, leveraging her experience with Mapleton Public Schools and her family's business. She led outreach efforts, enhancing collaborations with organizations and city governments. Promoted to Associate Director in 2018, Rocio's leadership and dedication to the promotora model were recognized. Passionate about community strength and emotional health, she practices yoga to de-stress. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Rocio moved to Colorado 15 years ago and lives in Thornton with her husband and two teenage daughters.
