Lucrecia Medrano is a Latinx woman, a wife, and a mother to three children ages 3-10, born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, She has lived experience in substance abuse, trauma, the criminal justice system, and incarceration and has witnessed the lack of culturally responsive spaces for people of color. As a co-founder and Harm Reduction & BIPOC Program Director at Yarrow Collective, she creates and advocates for supportive spaces for people of color, drug users, and those leaving incarceration. Rooted in family and love, Lucrecia deeply values ceremony, ritual, and her connection to the land. She is also a certified Peer Support Specialist.
