Lisa has been practicing yoga for 25 years, cultivating a deep and personal practice. Yoga has been a constant in her life; a home to return to through the grief of losing both parents, a place to cultivate a better relationship with her body, and a space to grow more mindful in her day to day. She aims to create a judgment-free and stress-free environment, emphasizing the importance of doing what is right for you. Harnessing her 500-hour certification, she intentionally sequences classes to lead practitioners to a place of equanimity. Lisa's nurturing approach ensures a supportive experience on and off the mat.
