Kimberly Phu is a research and analysis manager at Colorado Health Institute (CHI). She focuses on project management, research and analysis, and stakeholder engagement for government, nonprofit, and other CHI partners. In addition to leading the Colorado Lotus Project, her work at CHI covers topics such as behavioral health, access to care and value-based payments. Kimberly earned her master’s degree in public health from the Colorado School of Public Health at the Anschutz Medical Campus, concentrating in health systems, management, and policy. Outside of work, she serves on the Denver Asian American Pacific Islander Commission.
