Jack Becker is the Founder of Grounded Solutions, LLC, an independent consultancy that works across sectors to deliver change management strategy, community engagement, and capacity building across public sectors. He also serves as a Senior Partner with CREA Results, a cultural broker that builds the assets of Latino communities around the world by increasing health equity and economic security through the Promotoras de Salud model.
