Selena Leon is a mixed-methods researcher at the University of Colorado, working on various projects focused on promoting the well-being of BIPOC adolescents in the Denver Metro area. She has been a fellow with Protégete since 2022, developing a toolkit to address the mental health impacts of climate change and environmental racism. She is passionate about the intersections of mental health and environmental justice and working with youth to develop critical consciousness through storytelling/testimonials.
